Megjelent az új gépekről szóló EU 2023/1230/EK rendelet

Megjelent az Európai Parlament és a Tanács új gépekről szóló, 2023/1230/EK rendelete (new EU Machinery Regulation), ami hatályon kívül helyezte a jelenleg érvényben lévő 2006/42/EK és 73/361/EGK irányelveket. A rendelet ugyan 42 hónapos türelmi időt adott az implementálásra, de érdemes már most alaposabban megvizsgálni, mit jelent ez az OEM-ek, gépgyártók számára.Az új rendelet már figyelembe veszi a nagymértékű digitalizációból fakadó információbiztonsági kockázatokat, valamint a mesterséges intelligencia alkalmazások terjedését.

Az egyik legfontosabb változás, hogy az OEM-eknek, gépgyártóknak már nem csak egészségvédelmi, hanem információbiztonsági követelményeknek is meg kell felelniük.
